When placing an order at Xtreme Distribution, your credit card number is encrypted using 128-bit secure SSL encryption. Your card number is not decrypted until it reaches our secure server. All numbers are discarded once your order has been confirmed. No credit card number is stored as clear text on any of our Web sites.
We confirm your order for your protection.
We send you an order confirmation when we receive your order. This indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.
No contract exists until Xtreme Distribution accepts your order and we send you an invoice. We have included this term for protection in the event that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the current price is acceptable.
